Do you offer express shipping?

Yes but please note express shipping is unavailable for pre-order items. Please refer to the product description to see if your item is on pre-order.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Custom dues are paid by the customer.

Can I return my order?

All products are white gloved before shipping off.

Returns are accepted for store credit only.

Any signs of wear or damage will result in denial of the return request.

Customers are responsible for postage fees.

Returns for store credit are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. 

S A L E items are considered F I N A L SALE and will not be eligible for store credit.

I made a mistake/there’s something wrong with my order, who should I contact?

PRE-ORDER INFORMATION 

A preorder gives you the opportunity to buy an item that will become available at a later date. Please be informed that, after placing the pre-order, no quantity, size or color changes are allowed.

WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER BE CHARGED?

We will charge the full amount via your selected payment method once the order is placed. It is not possible to modify the payment method after it has been processed.

WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER BE SHIPPED?

You can check the estimated shipping date on the product's page Please note that orders are processed automatically and the actual shipping date might vary.

ORDERING PRE-ORDER AND IN-STOCK ITEMS

For domestic customers, if you purchase a pre-order item and an item that is in stock, your order will be split and the in-stock item will be processed and shipped as normal.

For international customers, orders with both pre-order and in-stock items will not be split and all items will ship together when the pre-order item is available to ship.
